Description
In a recent spate of killings by vigilantes or hired killers, hunt down victims that may be related to drugs or political in nature, putting the law in their own bloody hands for the value of cheap money. They don't mind what hours of the day, in fact the recent one happened at high noon right there on a busy highway street with people around. They ride on a motorbike with their helmets on ready for the kill and sped off just like a normal biker. For a local newspaper. Manual pen and ink on paper and half toned down in Photoshop CS3.

Ang galing, Noel! About time you did a complete graphic novel on the vigilantes, particularly the political killings, which really ought to shake up and awaken people to this menace that refuses to go away, and has managed to thrive under any Philippine regime. I have been bogged down with previous writing commitments, and have not finalized the longer English version of Sibol and Gunaw (retitled The Children of the Sun Goddess), which is now geared towards an older age group. I am still hoping we could have the book come out this year. Ed
